LOUD MUSIC
Latin Dance Night at the Waterfront centers around music and dance. Please be prepared for loud music and for customers to dance nearby your vendor space.
VENDOR PERMITS
Vendors are responsible for complying with any and all vendor requirements from the State of California and the City of Sacramento.
CLEANLINESS
Vendors are expected to display their products and materials in a safe and clean manner. Vendors will have access to their vendor space 2 hours before the start of each event.
Vendors are responsible for leaving a clean area at closing.
VENDOR SPACE
Each vendor will be provided a 10x10 feet space. Vendors are responsible for furnishing their own tables and canopies. We recommend vendors bring a small generator if they need power for their products.
*Spaces will be assigned by the Event Manager
APPLICATION FEE
Vendors agree to pay a one-time application fee of $25.
This is a non-refundable fee that goes towards event operations, equipment, and maintenance. Accepted vendors will have their application fees credited toward their vendor fees.
VENDOR FEE
Vendor fees will be collected the Wednesday before the event date(s) that the vendor has committed to attend.
The vendor fee for one (1) event is $65.
The vendor fee for 2-7 events is $60 per event.
The vendor fee for 8-10 events is $50 per event.
